» June 1 - 12:00 pm deadline to file as a candidate.
» June 1 - Deadline to change party affiliation.
» July 14 - Deadline to register to vote or update your voter registration to change address or name only to participate in the 2026 primary election.
» July 15 - Advance ballots by mail are transmitted.
» July 20 - Early in-person voting begins in Neosho County.

Candidate filing forms must be filed with the Neosho County Clerk. The appropriate filing fee must be paid at the time of filing.

NOTICE OF POLLING LOCATION CHANGES
- ALL Mission & Lincoln Township voters will now vote at the Osage Mission Neosho County Museum located at 203 Washington St, St Paul KS.
(These voters previously went to St. Paul Elementary School) - ALL East Erie, West Erie, and Walnut Grove voters will now vote at the Neosho Valley Event Center located at 321 N. Wood St, Erie KS.
(These voters previously went to Erie American Legion Hall) - ALL Chanute Ward 1, Chanute Ward 2, Chanute Ward 3, and Tioga voters will now vote at the Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center SEK Impact Conference Center located at 1500 W. 7th St, Chanute KS.
(These voters previously went to Central Park Pavilion or Zion Lutheran Church)
