The mission of the Neosho County Health Department (NCHD) is to provide a wide range of health services that have a demonstrated need in the community, giving priority to those services which are not or cannot be provided at an affordable rate by other sectors of the community
We strive to protect the publics health through childcare surveying, home visits for pregnant and new moms, nutritional services, reproductive health and immunization clinics, head lice checks, TB and STD testing and treatment, and lead testing.
