Vehicle must be currently registered in Kansas, you must have a Kansas Motor Vehicle registration notice that contains a Personal Identification Number (PIN), address on the renewal notice is current, and most important, the vehicle is currently insured by a participating insurance company. There is a convenience fee for the use of this service.
